Clear terms for using AllyPay's super app ecosystem.

These terms describe the rules for using AllyPay websites, app features, wallet access, payment experiences, merchant tools and connected daily-life services.

Use correct information

Account, booking, payment and merchant details must be accurate so services can be delivered safely.

Users and partners must not misuse wallet, checkout, rewards, support or merchant systems.

Respect partner terms

Some travel, mobility, telecom, marketplace or payment services may include additional partner rules.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using AllyPay websites, app experiences, payment flows, merchant tools or connected services, you agree to these terms and any additional terms shown for a specific service.

If you do not agree, you should not use the relevant AllyPay service. Certain features may be available only after launch, onboarding, verification or approval.

2. AllyPay services and accounts

AllyPay is being built as a UAE super app experience for wallet access, payments, merchant checkout, travel, mobility, eSIM, bills, marketplace, rewards and partner services.

  • You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information for registration, payments, bookings and support.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud risk, security risk or a legal requirement.
  • Some services may require identity checks, eligibility review, partner approval or separate regulated payment terms.

3. Payments, wallet and refunds

Payment features may include wallet balance, QR payment, payment links, web checkout, P2P transfers, merchant settlement, refunds and transaction history, depending on launch availability and partner configuration.

  • Transactions may be subject to limits, verification, risk checks and availability of payment networks.
  • Fees, taxes, exchange rates or partner charges may apply where clearly shown or required by a service.
  • Refunds, reversals and disputes depend on transaction status, merchant policy, payment network rules and applicable law.
  • You must not use AllyPay for unlawful payments, fraud, sanctions evasion, abuse, unauthorised access or prohibited goods and services.

4. Merchants, partners and third-party services

AllyPay may connect users with merchants and third-party partners for hotels, travel, mobility, telecom, bills, government-related services, marketplace offers and other daily-life services.

  • Partners may set their own pricing, availability, cancellation rules, delivery timelines and eligibility conditions.
  • Merchant tools are intended for approved business use and may not be used to misrepresent products, manipulate transactions or abuse promotions.
  • AllyPay may display partner content, but partner services remain subject to their own operational rules and responsibilities.
  • We may update, remove or pause a service when needed for security, reliability, compliance or partner availability.

5. Intellectual property, liability and contact

AllyPay branding, interface designs, content, icons, product concepts and platform materials belong to AllyPay or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • The platform is provided on an availability basis and may change as features are launched or improved.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user information, unauthorised account access, partner service failures or events outside reasonable control.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
